Shipping Policy

At Postdawn, we strive to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and eligibility for free shipping.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses once the order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently offer shipping to the U.S. and Canada using the following methods: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, and customs processing for international orders. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.


3. Free Shipping Policy

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 (before taxes & after discounts).
If a 40% discount is applied, the final subtotal must still be $50+ to qualify for free shipping.
Orders below $50 after applying the discount will be subject to standard shipping rates.


4. International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing.


5. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors, building management, or local carrier before contacting us.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will assist in contacting the carrier to resolve any issues.


6. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact Freddie.Ha@thePostdawn.com.
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier issues, or customs delays.
