Cleanse the brow area thoroughly to remove oils and moisture.

Using the included brush, apply Step 1 (Softening Lotion) to the entire brow area; comb brows into your desired direction.

Allow Step 1 to work for approximately 6–8 minutes (for thin/weak hair) or up to 10-12 minutes (for thick/stubborn hair) based on your brow hair condition.

Wipe off Step 1 with a cotton pad or damp tissue—do not rinse with water.

Apply Step 2 (Setting/Neutralising Lotion) in the same way and leave on for the same duration.

Wipe off Step 2 thoroughly, then use the spoolie brush to comb brows into the final shape. Avoid using heavy oils or strict brow gels for the next 24 hours to maintain lift.

Tip: For sensitive skin, apply a thin layer of balm or petroleum-jelly around the brow area before application to protect the skin.
